I am and have been ServSafe Certified in Food Protection Management for many years.

With over 30 years of experience working in all aspects of the Food Service Industry.

Main focus in Culinary, À la carte Restaurants, Catering, Purchasing, and Food Handling.

BASED IN BERGEN COUNTY NJ.

*Willing to travel.

SPECIALIZING IN ITALIAN-AMERICAN AND SEAFOOD

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  1. I will prepare a sit-down individually plated dinner for 2-20 people or family-style for 10-30 people.

  2. I will cater to larger parties if requested. 

  3. I am based in Bergen County NJ. *Extra cost for travel over 30 minutes each way and tolls.

  4. I charge by the hour to shop, prepare, cook all food items, and clean. 

  5. Billed hours increase with party size.

  6. I specialize in Italian-American and Seafood but have many additional options.

  7. I personally prepare and cook all food items. 

  8. You pay for all of the food costs and keep all leftovers. (If you like Lobster Tails, that will cost you more than Chicken). So depending on what you like to eat, will depend on the food cost and the overall cost.

  9. I do all of the shopping and will provide you with receipts. You can provide items to cut costs if you have them available.

  10. I do not add on or mark up any of the food costs.

  11. We check your date for availability. 

  12. We meet in person to discuss the details of the number of guests, prepare a custom menu, and inspect the kitchen and equipment.

  13. I will provide you with an estimate of the total hours and an estimate of food costs.

  14. After food shopping and a few days before the event, we will update the estimated document to a set cost invoice. 

  15. Depending on the size of the party, any extra servers and or helpers will be provided at an additional cost per hour. 

  16. I will clean and leave your kitchen the way we found it if not cleaner. 

  17. I provide to-go containers and pack up any leftovers for you and your guest.

  1. You need to take the next step and contact me

  2. We check your date for availability. 

  3. We will meet in person to discuss the details including, the number of guests, prepare a custom menu, discuss any dietary restrictions and inspect your kitchen and available kitchen equipment.

  4. Within 24 hours, I will provide you with an estimate of total hours and an estimate of food costs.

  5. After food shopping, we will update the estimated document to a set cost invoice. 

  6. Depending on the size of the party, any extra servers and or helpers will be provided at an additional cost per hour. 

  7. I do bring a lot of my own cooking tools and equipment. 

  8. I am very professional and also fun to be around... So I am told.

  9. 50% deposit of all total estimated costs required to schedule and book date and timeslot.

  10. Deposits are non-refundable. You are booking my services, but you are also booking my time and schedule. I am very fair, so If I can rebook your booked scheduled timeslot, a refund or partial refund may be available.
