My name is Chef Dave Ciccolella, and I will be your instructor for my Restaurant Quality Soups Class. I will show some tricks of the trade and break down the techniques of how to make all soups (Rotisserie Chicken and Rice Soup, New England Clam Chowder Soup, Broccoli Rabe, Sausage and White Bean Soup, and Italian Minestrone Soup. We will have a tasting of all the soups. Bring a 2-4 qt Pot, Chef Knife, and Container to take the home soup home.
