Today we will be making a classic Italian chicken recipe, Chicken 🐔Parmesan, 🧀 Chicken Parmigiana, or Chicken Parm for short with spaghetti 🍝. No matter how you pronounce it, we all love this delicious dish. This Chicken Parm recipe will be one of the best you have ever had. It will impress you, your family members, friends, and guests.

Servings: 6-8 | Prep Time 20 | Cooking Time - 30 mins


  • 2 lbs. Chicken Breast

  • 4 Large Eggs

  • 6 Cloves Garlic

  • 8-10 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (Low-Moisture Whole Milk)

  • 2 Cups Season Breadcrumbs

  • 2 Cups Plain Panko

  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • ½ cup Canola Oil

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 4 oz. Pecorino Romano Cheese

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Fresh Basil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Chicken Cutlet Cooking Instructions

  1. Add 4 oz. EVOO to the pan

  2. Smash 4 cloves are garlic and add to pan and brown

  3. Remove garlic and shut off the heat.

  4. Clean and tenderize Chicken breast

  5. Add eggs, fresh parsley, Pecorino Romano cheese, diced roasted garlic, and salt & pepper and blend together

  6. Prepare your 3-step breading process

    1. Flour

    2. Egg wash

    3. Panko/Breadcrumbs (mix together)

  7. Add ½ cup canola oil to season EVOO pan

  8. Dip chicken in flour, shake off excess, submerge in egg and completely cover in breadcrumbs, shake off excess bread crumbs, and place in the hot oil away from your body.

  9. Lightly brown chicken on both sides about 2 mins each side, but keep an eye on it.

  10. Place cooked chicken on a sheet pan or plate covered with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

  11. On a sheet pan, ladle a thin layer of marinara or pink sauce

  12. Place chicken cutlets on top of the sauce

  13. Ladle sauce over chicken cutlets

  14. Cover Chicken with mozzarella cheese

  15. Sprinkle Pecorino Romano cheese

  16. Place in the preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted to your liking.

  17. Ladle some sauce on your plate and place chicken on top and serve with your favorite pasta.
